@xboxuk @XboxSupport I sent away my Halo Infinite Elite Series 2 Controller to be repaired only for a standard Elite Series 2 controller to be sent back to me. I phoned up support and they said that all controllers sent for repairs are destroyed!? Why can't I have mine back???
