यह घटना कटिहार की है, जहां एक परिवार के कुछ लोग एक रेस्टोरेंट में डिनर के लिए बैठे हुए थे, तभी वहां कुछ पुलिस वाले आए...वहां मौजूद लड़के से लड़की के बारे में पहला ही सवाल पूछा कि "ये कौन है ?", लड़के ने जवाब दिया "बहन है" और फिर पुलिस वाला इस बात पर भी उनसे बहस करने लगा... उन्हें ह्यूमिलिएट करने लगा... बर्ताव ऐसा कि वहां बैठी लड़की, लड़की न होकर कोई संदिग्ध वस्तु हो जिसको देखते पुलिस वाले को देश के प्रति अपनी सारी जिम्मेदारी याद आ गई हो...मैं लिख कर दे सकती हूं कि ऐसे लोग जब अपराधी और बाहुबली के सामने जाते होंगे तब इनके मुंह से बोली तक नहीं निकलती होगी... क्या मतलब कि लड़की पब्लिक प्लेस में बैठ नहीं सकती किसी के साथ,यहां तो परिवार ही था... ये लोग न्याय और महिलाओं के सम्मान की रक्षा कर भी पाते होंगे क्या? एक्शन होना चाहिए पुलिस वाले पर... लड़की और उसके परिवार को बेइज्जत और मानसिक तौर पर प्रताड़ित करने के लिए,क्योंकि ये बातें उस वक्त उन्हें कैसी लगी होगी ये हम इमैजिन भी नहीं कर सकते...

Today, I hired a cab to airport.

I was surprised to see that the driver's name was Babar.

As a secuIar person, I angrily asked Babar, why is he working on day of Eid? 😡

He said, he doesn't celebrate Eid.

This answer infuriated me but it shocked me as well & I asked him why??

Babar said, when he was a child, he had a goat named Gulabo. He told me that his father & uncle first did wrong things with his Gulabo & then sacrificed it. 😔😔

By this time, tears were rolling down from Babar's eyes.

I was shaking & trembling with anger and started abusing Babar's father and uncle.

Babar calmed me down. I asked Babar if I can do anything for him.

Babar said, I don't want any money from you but you must post #BakraLivesMatter and #AllEyesOnGoat today so that no other Babar loses his Gulabo on Eid.

Babar also asked me to share this heartbreaking video. 💔💔
