Take for example, if Barca signs Alvarez for 130m on a 5 year contract on a yearly salary of 20m gross per year.
The FFP will yearly amortisation of transfer fee + yearly salary.

Transfer fee 130/5= 26m.
20m gross salary.
FFP: 26+20= 46m.
