@kher_mie @instablog9ja Morning devotion is not part of the company policy he would have stated it. He said it is just routine morning prayer not company policy for Godsake. Company policy is different from making prayers in the morning because of belief. You don’t force belief on someone

A company is a collection of different individuals with different personalities and perspectives together to achieve the aims and policies of the company. Is prayer now a policy ? If it is why wasn’t it stated in the employment letter.

@kher_mie @instablog9ja Two different things. A secular company and mosques is different. A mosque you know very well that’s a religious institution and if you must do anything there you should abide by the law but a secular company just because the head is a Christian and believe in prayer

Big companies would not force employees to make prayers and sack them because they do not believe in it. Imagine working in a company owned by Indians and you are been forced to partake
