میرے خیال میں معزز عدلیہ کو کوئی بھی حکم دینے سے پہلے مسئلہ پوچھنا چاہئیے۔ کہ لوگ چاہتے کیا ہیں؟ بیٹھے کیوں ہے؟ کیوں اُن کے لیڈر کو اُن کا آئینی و قانونی حق نہیں دیا جا رہا؟ کیوں ملاقاتیں بند ہے؟ کیوں عدالتیں ایک سال سے اُن کے کیسز نہیں سُن رہی؟ کیوں ۳،۳ ججز کے احکامات کو اڈیالہ جیل کی انتظامیہ ردی کی ٹوکری میں پھینک رہی ہے؟ کیوں اکتوبر 2024 کے بعد عمران خان صاحب سے اُن کو ذاتی معالج کو نہیں ملوایا جا رہا؟ آنکھ کی تکلیف کو یہاں تک پہچانے والا کون ہے؟ کیا آئین و قانون صرف پاکستان تحریک انصاف کے لیے ہے؟ پاکستان کے تمام ادارے پاکستان تحریک انصاف کی لیڈرشپ اور ورکرز کو کیوں دوسرے درجے کا شہری سمجھ رہے ہیں؟ کیا ہم پاکستانی شہری نہیں ہیں؟

عدالت کے احکامات کے بعد آئی جی پولیس خیبر پختونخواہ کا ردعمل اس بات کا واضح ثبوت ہے کہ کالی وردی کے پیچھے حکم و احکامات خاکی وردی کے ہیں۔ آئی جی پی وفاق کا نمائندہ ہوتا ہے اور جب ایک دہشت گردی سے متاثرہ صوبے میں باہر سے لائے گئے پولیس کے بڑے اور صوبے کے چیف ایگزیکٹو کو آمنے سامنے لایا جائے تو حالات کو کس طرف لے جایا جا رہا ہے؟

یہ یاد رہے کہ ہم عمران خان صاحب کی صحت پر سیاست نہیں کرنا چاہتے۔ اور انتہائی تکلیف کے باوجود بہت برداشت کا مظاہرہ کر رہے ہیں- یہ بھی ذہن میں ہو کہ عمران خان صاحب کروڑوں دلوں کی دھڑکن ہے۔ پاکستانی عوام مزید ظلم برداشت نہیں کرے گی اور نا ہی ہم ہاتھ پر ہاتھ دھرے بیٹھے رہیں گے۔
