Today’s victory is a powerful testament to the extraordinary foresight of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar and the framers of our Constitution.

Decades ago, Babasaheb envisioned a nation where power flowed directly from the people, and he engineered the framework to make that possible. Jai Samvidhan! Jai Bhim!

I recently had a middle-aged man come to my OPD.
He appeared quite nervous and hesitant.
I asked him how I could be of help and this is what happened next.

#eyes becoming smaller in evenings could be a sign of #neurological illness

1. I was seeing the last patient, on what had been a busy Monday. While counselling the patient's attendant (aged 45), I noticed that her left eye was smaller than the right.

Remembering Kal Ho Naa Ho on its anniversary. This is one of my favourite scenes from the film cuz multiple pages of dialogues were shot in One big take. Later a few close ups were added. This scene is all about gratitude & appreciating what we have in our present.

The year 2004 saw the release of a film that many feel is the best role portrayed by @iamsrk - Swades.

After the highly successful Lagaan, @AshGowariker took on this project, about a brilliant NRI engineer wondering if he can make a difference back home.
