Nigerians !!!
Pay attention…
In 2027, the battle for the soul of our country will be pitched at the ballot, but it won’t be between political parties per se…
The 2027 elections will be The APC and all the institutions it has managed to capture on one side versus We, The People on the other side.
There will be no neutral zone.
Most have picked a side already…
I am on the side of the people!
I will be voting for Peter Obi and Rabiu Kwankwaso….
Where will you stand ?
The country cannot succeed with politicians who have this kind of appetite. And you will never curb this kind of appetite unless you forcefully send a message that will never be forgotten.
Everything else is just surface dressing.
The only wrong Obi did to this man was to support him when he contested for the Anambra governorship in 2021.
Mr. Valentine is 55 years old. Obi is older than him by 9 years. Valentine does not fall within the range of a youth. The Nigerian Youth Policy, that of the AU and the UN, all classify a youth as between 15 and 35, with the Nigerian youth policy and the AU specifically pegging the maximum at 35.
There is no part of the world where a 64 year old man like Obi is classified as too old to lead.
Out of envy, Mr. Valentine is throwing tantrums at a man who has never once mentioned his name since he left him and moved to the APC. Personally, I would prefer to partner with a politician like Wike, who is very frank and blunt, than someone like Mr. Valentine.
Currently, people like @Chigozieialex are giving Mr. Valentine hope that they can replicate a movement like the Obidient Movement with their Valiant Movement. The mistake they make is that they don't understand the grace that Mr. Peter Obi carries. To replicate the Obidient Movement is to replicate the grace that Obi has. Incidentally, it doesn't come by mere wishes.
UNITY IS NOT OPTIONAL. IT IS THE STRATEGY.
Yesterday, I joined my party’s State Working Committee, alongside Senatorial, House of Representatives, and House of Assembly aspirants from across Rivers State, at our Party Secretariat here in Port Harcourt.
The Nigeria Democratic Congress brought us together for one purpose: to look each other in the eye after a primary season, speak honestly, and recommit to something larger than any one of us.
I said it plainly in that room, and I will say it here too.
No primary process is perfect. Ours was not. But what we cannot afford, what Rivers State cannot afford, is to hand our opponents the victory they could never win at the ballot box by simply watching us turn on each other.
The true beneficiaries of a divided party are always our political opponents. That is not a theory. It is history.
So I called on every aspirant, every supporter, every committed member of the NDC to put personal grievance aside and fix their eyes on 2027. The stakes are too high and the moment too important for anything less.
I also want to place on record my deep appreciation for our State Chairman, Hon. Success Jack, and the entire State Executive Committee. The work they have done to expand our structure across all twenty-three Local Government Areas, pushing administration down to the ward and unit levels, is exactly the kind of foundational work that wins elections. It does not make headlines, but it makes the difference.
To every party leader, mobilizer, and member who worked before, during, and after these primaries to keep the process peaceful and transparent: I see your sacrifice. And I am committed to rewarding it with the kind of leadership Rivers State deserves.
We left that room yesterday with a unanimous resolution to close ranks. That resolution now belongs to all of us.
2027 is not coming. It is here.
And we will meet it — together.
I'll counter this narrative anywhere. Do you people know half the things Obi has had to deal with for the last four years? You think it's everything that enters the public eye. And even in the public domain, a sitting governor threatened Obi and his convoy was attacked.
That Obi is still in the conversion with the evil that APC is capable of is all the evidence you need of a gritty and persistent leader that Nigeria needs. One who will stare down the evil cabals holding us back while sticking to his principles.
Obi has done his part by getting on the ballot. It is up to us the people who want a better Nigeria to put him in Aso rock.
Peter Obi is currently the only leading politician whose aides are not attacking anyone.
Check around.
Tinubu has Daniel Bwala and Bayo Onanuga calling opponents names.
Atiku has Demola, Royalty, Kenneth Okonkwo, and Abdul calling Peter Obi names.
Peter Obi and his aides are talking about Nigeria and how to fix Nigeria.
Datti of PRP is attacking Peter Obi
Kenneth Okonkwo and Dele Momodu of ADC are attacking Peter Obi
Abure of labour party is attacking Peter Obi
Bwala and APC media team attacking Peter Obi
Those that did not get ticket in NDC attacking Peter Obi
What's special about PO
A team that beat Atletico, Porto, Real Madrid (biggest club in the world snd expert in UCL), and Pep's Man City along the way won UCL by luck?
What else did it need to do?
Bola Tinubu and Remi Tinubu are a perfect illustration of what it means to marry one’s type.
A vicious couple bonded by destructive and greedy proclivities.
Zero empathy.
All they care about is political power and total state capture.
When will this nightmare end in our country?
The entire Aso Rock media team Daniel Bwala, Reno Mockery, FFK, Sunday Dare, Bayo Onanuga, all primary is to attack Peter Obi
The governors are already incentivised to work against Obi
Datti Baba-Ahmed and his brother are motivated to start attacking Obi
Kenneth Okonkwo and the entire Atiku Mikano Boys already mobilised to lunch attacks on Obi
Arabambi reactivated and mobilised against Obi and Apapa is waiting to receive his own Alert
The Data Boys are back into the payroll for just one mission, attack Obi
All these are because Obi is their nightmare. Atiku doesn't pose any threat to them, hence they're not bothered about him.
BUT YOU KNOW WHAT? THE OBIDIENTS ARE LIKE THE CHINESE BATALION, AN IMMOVABLE FORCE.
🚨🗣️ 𝗡𝗘𝗪: Ruud Gullit with a RANT regarding Arsenal's Champions League Final performance:
"Arsenal didn't deserve to win. Look, you can try to kill a game by defending, but at least keep a certain intention to still attack sometimes."
"But this team started time wasting IN THE FIRST HALF! Why not try to score a second goal instead?!"
"24% ball possession, Jesus Christ! I have only seen Saka play at right back!"
