@AerLingus once again booked us on a connection that was late so we would’ve missed our next flight. So we’ve been rebooked again last minute. After running all over the airport trying to find an AL employee that would help us, we barely made it to our new connecting flight (1/2)

Completely abandoned everyone. No emails, calls or texts went out. @AerLingus got our money and now could care less about us

@JamieMurray1 @CJayFla @CorbettDT @AerLingus Had a huge line of people that needed new tickets and needed a place to stay and when their shifts ended, the clerks went home. No replacements to help everyone out. @AerLingus wouldn’t even answer texts, online messaging, or telephones until 3am, around 10 hours after we landed

@CJayFla @CorbettDT @AerLingus We saw that at 6pm until we got helped at 6am. The @AerLingus employees that helped us at ticketing were shocked we were never officially told our flight was cancelled. Everything we learned through the night was talking with other passengers and the occasional airport employee

@CorbettDT @CJayFla @AerLingus Yea, if it weren’t for the Dublin airport staff, we may never have recovered our bags. @AerLingus decided not to put them out on the conveyors at baggage claim even though they cancelled our flight and were telling everyone to get their bags before leaving. We waited over 3 hrs

@096_ScJa @AerLingus You got lucky, had a connection in Dub and were stuck on our flight for 3.5 hrs missing our connection. There were 3 other flights that we were suppose to be able to get and they were all cancelled. At least 100 ppl stuck here overnight in the cold with silence from @AerLingus

@AerLingus has abandoned a ton of customers in Dublin. Cancelled all flights to america. We were told to go to the ticket counter to get a hotel and to reschedule our flight and no one is at the ticket counter. Had to wait for our bags at baggage claim for almost 3 hours
