@bsesdelhi, I am not pusuing new EV connection now. I will ensure to highlight this horrible experience in all forums. There is already existing connections and space for meter along with other meters monthly meter reading is taking place. Ur team need separate space outside.
Dear @bsesdelhi, seems you are not aligned for EV promotion. I hv not received any communication other than bogus address mismatch whereas same was cleared at application satge, this is when I already hold one dom. connection. This is beyond Ease of living and digital services.
@bsesdelhi, Despite all escalation nothing moved on ground, i still didnt get my connection for small Load EV chargerุ a ridiculous deficiency has been marked post site visit. This is not supporting Delhi EV policy and EV ecosystem. And this needs escalation to policy makers
@bsesdelhi@livemint@TOIIndiaNews Thank you, post all this I will publish a casestudy to show how BSES handles the new electricity connections for EV chargers at home (below 8kW) it will be interesting to note how much BSES is aligned to Delhi's EV policy and promoting overall EV ecosystm.

@bsesdelhi so, your team has developed methods to bypass the Electricity Act & supply code, how can there be deficiency of address again when survey is already done. I updtaed the address sitting in your divisoin office with your team, @livemint@TOIIndiaNews worth Coverage?
Dear @bsesdelhi, the Electricity Act envisages new connections within 3 days. Unfortunately, repeated "deficiencies" and avoidable physical visits are turning it into a 90+ day process. Many of these issues could be resolved online. Hope this process is reviewed n improvd
@bsesdelhi I can't share my contact number on this public platform. OPEN DM or else trace my Details from application number. It pertains to Palam Division of BRPL.

@bsesdelhi My application numbers are mentioned, you can trace all details from there, take the reference. Its related to your Palam Division. I got atlases 15+ of these messages with in 10 mins. And link doesn't work BTW.
@bsesdelhi This isn't about one connection. It's about consumer experience. Digital applications should lead to digital resolutionโnot repeated visits to Division. Request @bsesdelhi and DelhiERC to review and streamline the deficiency handling process for new connections.

India is rightly pushing EV adoption, digital governance and ease of doing business. Customer-facing utility processes should reflect the same spirit and leverage technology to reduce, not increase, consumer effort.

The real concern is not one application. It is the process. Matters that could be resolved through online verification, clarification calls or simple back-office checks are resulting in repeated office visits during working hours.
