2 days ago I talked with 50+ “video editors”.

I wanted to hire 2 guys for a full-time position.

I gave test work (paid) to 10 guys if they did it properly.
Deadline was that night.

10 of them: all hyped!

That night: no one delivered…

That’s crazy how people don’t want to work.

I’m talking with one now, he said: “I can finish the test reel video on the 3rd of February.”

For a 1-minute video (pretty easy edit) you need fucking 5 days?

This is crazy.

But the saddest thing is that THOSE editors and “online entrepreneurs” ask themselves so much and they simply don’t know why they’re fucking broke.

It’s not about the work, it’s about the person behind it. I can immediately see now who is going to be a good fit and who isn’t.
