@IndiaCinepolis @NoidaAuthority @noidapolice If you want us to collect CCTV footage of other roads, it will take time but it can be done if the authorities support but this kind of misuse of authority won't work. It wasn't our fault. You shouldn't have kept show timings whereby it prevented customers from reaching you!

@IndiaCinepolis 1/2 We had booked 2 tickets for yesterday's show Brahmastra for 7:15pm. We left our home at 6pm and couldn't find any way to reach the Modi Mall as all roads were blocked due to Dussehra celebration.

@IndiaCinepolis This is extremely unfair. You can check with @NoidaAuthority @noidapolice if the roads were blocked or not. It prevented us to physically reach the premises of Modi Mall yesterday at 7:15pm. We can even share CCTV footage of us leaving our society. We need REFUND!

@IndiaCinepolis I understand that it cannot happen and it's your policy but if the roads are blocked and the person cannot physically reach there because of a problem that they couldn't foresee, then why should the customer bear the cost?
