@nykaafashion @MyNykaa I received an entirely different product ordered vide Order ID: NYK-36268718-5402861. I had placed a return request since 15th and since then they are stalling the issue without any resolution.

@nykaafashion @MyNykaa Everytime call customer care they say give us last 24 hrs for resolution and this is going since last 4 days and 24 hrs has not ended. Fraud level has gone very high.

Today another @flipkartsupport representative called and informed that they are investigating the issue and it will take another 10 days for resolving the issue. They have asked a final deadline of 29th June for the solution. Awaiting @flipkartsupport for the solution.@Flipkart

Ordered Samsung Galaxy watch Active 2 Aluminium LTE on 30-05-2021 (Order ID - OD121922549632377000), but received Samsung Active 2 Lite (Fake/Duplicate model). No response from @Flipkart. They just delaying the issue event after submitting the docs as required.
