My scooter is still at the service center with no official update. The service center says Gen 1 batteries are discontinued and they’re awaiting approval for a Gen 2 battery retrofit. They even told me to “forget the scooter for 7 months.” My scooter is under warranty. Update ?

Kal maine complain ki thi ola ko service center ke regarding , aaj maine call kiya ajay (service advisor ) itni abuse or threatening language ka use karta hai bolta hai jo ho sake Karle , na du report tujhe

Why Ola service center not providing proper information to customer , agar mera BMS kharab h toh company ka farz banta hai usey BMS ki report de jisey customer ko pata lage kya kharab h but staff verbally bol raha h koi information nahi de rha

Ola continuously ignoring customer problems , I am complaining about my BMS is cover under comprehensive warranty bcz in Ola website clearly mention in top up warranty battery and associated parts are cover , so BMS is core part battery 🔋
