I have made one payment on 3rd July to confirm my order in your IBC berhampur store but that got failed and amount deducted from my account and it got payment times out after it got confirmation and transferred to Lenskart but I have not received the refund yet .

@OfficialSBICare Unsatisfied with your works ... I haven't received the refund it's been 2 days and upi app already showing that amount credited to my account but it's actually not credited please look into this concern. Also mailed you but there is no response from your side UTR:-774258130747

@TheOfficialSBI I can't raise a complaint as it is showing that the payment is successful there is no transaction showing my failed payment 😔 .... According to the situation my payment got failed and then later it successfully transfer. Then merchant refunded but I'm yet to receive my money 💰
