Your support is really terrible, I made a purchase yesterday at Big Bazaar and found that the bill is not right, so I registered a complaint on toll free no after several attempts, but today I received a mail that the issue is resolved.

I already raised my complaint twice through @BigBazaar customer support. But the next day the complaint is closed saying that it is resolved.

I know that the mistakes can happen and I don't want to change my impression of @BigBazaar based on that....
