I'm asking one simple question on what basis the return request is again created for the product already returned?
Is your team aware of the complete history of the issue or you guyzz are just doing random?
Bought OnePlus earphones from @Flipkart. They stopped working within the warranty period. When I visited the @OnePlus_IN centre, I was shocked to be informed that the product is DUPLICATE and that the invoice provided by Flipkart appears altered/fake with no serial number.
@flipkartsupport@flipkartsupport can you update me on refund, it's already been 2 days since I returned the product. And the case has been going on for 1 week. How much time will it take to resolve it.

Today, the return is marked "Cancelled".
So Flipkart has the product, I don't have the product nor refund.
Explain where my product is and when my refund will be credited

IRCTC tickets were cancelled over 2 months ago. Cancellation charges were deducted, but the refund has still not been credited even after 2 months.
Concern IDs raised: 787935075620890457 (2 tickets) & 787937803894007720 (1 ticket).
If this issue remains unresolved, I will be forced to escalate further.
Passengers deserve accountability, not endless call follow-ups.

Multiple calls and emails — every time the response is “top priority, will be refunded”, but no action till date.
Blocking passenger money like this is unacceptable. Request immediate resolution.
