Please Escalate this issue. It's been more than 36 hours and nothing has been addressed. No response on my email as well. Cannot contact anyone through call as well. Is this the service you provided to the customers??? Escalate This ASAP
My Jio AirFiber in Jalna is connected but has no internet.
Router shows green light, WiFi connects, but no browsing.
Unable to raise service request via call, MyJio app, or WhatsApp (only bot).
Email already sent. Please assist urgently.

Please Escalate this issue. I don't have internet since 24 hrs and unable to raise a complaint as well. The engineer who did the setup is also not picking up the phone after he came to know the problem

The Internet Is Not Working At All. Like not even slow speed, It's 0. It was working yesterday, and it suddenly stopped working. Additionally I am unable to raise a request for an engineer from My Jio App. Please do something because it is really necessary to start it.
