@cbseindia29 it's been more then 1month i applied for my duplicate marksheet with application no.P23DD545950 on urgent basis paid the charges but it still showing under process and even help line no. Is also not responding will I get my marksheet ?

sir my younger sister,she is 17 years old and she her lungs affected from #COVID19India 19,we tried alot to save her but doctors advice is to arrange #ECMO machine for her.
In jharkhand there is only 1 machine.I am helpless sir, i don't know wht to do sir pl help sir
