I've mailed the bank statement with PNR details. Got a reply with RRN and a message that refund has been initiated on 17 January. But bank officials said amount is not received.

The blame game is on.
The problem is unsolved.

I did partial cancellation of 2 tickets Booked on 2 November 2022.
Total amount Rs 17,998.
Cancelled on 16th January 2023.
Refund amount Rs 6260.
15 days have been passed.

The refunded amount is still not credited in my bank account from which the tickets have been booked.

I have contacted IRCTC helpline number 5-6times. Even reached bank branch office several times too.
