At the time of the immigration me & some other students were not given the study permit becuase of server issue and were told to fill the form to get it at our mailing address. One of my friend will recieve it tomorrow at his address but i haven't been contacted yet

Also i talked with the customer care and they are saying that only 1 checked-in bag is allowed. Im so confused right now . Guys please help me.

@AirCanada I booked my flight on 21 Jan 2022 (i.e before 15 march 2022) for 19 April 2022 for air canada direct New delhi to Vancouver AC045(or AC45) . Am i eligible to take 2 check-in bags of 23 kg with me? As it is mentioned Air Canada's website under Checked baggage section.

Dear @AirCanada, i just wanted some confirmation that as per your site it is clear that i can take 2 baggage's along with me as i book my flight ac-49 before 15th march for 17 april but when i contacted your customer service they told me that you cannot take more than 1 baggage.
