@flipkartsupport I have already followed those exact steps multiple times. Every time I go to Orders > Help > Chat with Us, I only receive AI-generated responses with no option to speak to a real support representative or get my issue resolved.

@flipkartsupport Since there has been no action from your side despite multiple follow-ups, I request that you immediately process the refund for both orders and credit the refund to my Flipkart account without any further delay. I no longer wish to wait for the return pickup process.
