@EugeneBWhitaker @SadRobotAlters When you cast a spell you are allowed to hold priority, letting you cast dualcaster mage and copy it before anyone else can respond, otherwise yes, everyone can pass priority and it would resolve without allowing you to respond to it with dualcaster
