Good morning @Flipkart @flipkartsupport today faced an issue regarding the product i ordered the delivery guy who didn't use the OTP and delivered the product and guess what the product was damaged she told she will return it from her end. Payment done no product in hand great.

Ordered food from @Swiggy #toing order was placed at 1:45 pm delivery partner picked but in the application it was showing delivery partner is in the outlet and order in yet not ready till 2:45 pm order was not received to us.

Is this part of service that customers are getting?

The watchman says that there is no one at the moment as the manager is in front of us.
This happened to me regarding my air condition and washing machine.
And lastly I said the person who attended us that I need a replacement I will keep the product in front of gate

The technician comes with the defective spare parts and says that he will change it by tomorrow. But the Tomorrow never came
2. I have visited the store 3 times from my office hours
3. The manager is never available on time to give the service.

This makes you concerned about my product it's very shocking that it takes more than 7 days for the problem to get solved. There are few points as a customer
1. It has been said that the technician will give the service in 48 hours.

I got an email from your end that it will be delivered by 4-6 days and my expected date of parcel delivery was 26-08-2025 but today is 27-08-2025 I haven't got my parcel yet.

@BlueDart_ the worst service you can ever get from any service provider there are multiple problems that I have faced
1. The pickup of the assignment was there on 7 August but our so called best service provider gave me the best service by stretching it to August 12 & declined.
