@Bhanu_R780 We need to change our dietary habits . High on Carbohydrates and low on protein. This Vegetarianism will not work. Indians have lactose intolerance except for few like Jats and Punjabis who can do with a vegetarian diet. Add proteins, Calcium in diet. More meat.
