Starting a new role (lead practitioner) in a new school in September after being off on maternity leave. Will be working 0.7 contract and have a 1yo. How do you manage work life balance with a little one? @WomenEdEngland @mtptproject

@GarnetteWatts It’s the mum guilt that is really getting to me. I wish I could be there 24-7 😢 and it’s sad knowing I can’t leave work at work like my husband. Thanks for the advice 🙏🏽 hoping I can get into a routine
