After the connectivity is fixed. He is now charging me 300₹ for home visit. About which I was never informed ever. This is a hidden charge which looks totally fraud to me.

Hey @excitel_rocks , I had recently bought a connection in excitel for 6 months, during the connectivity. I was told only 3500₹ will be charged for 6 months connection request without any additional charges.
Today my wifi was not working and i called the Local service provider
