In 5 minutes in Philadelphia 2:14am-2:19am. Man,37,shot&killed in southwest. 3 women shot in North Philly. Woman.19,shot 9 times. 3 times in cheek&neck, 3 times in back & hand shot 3 times. Two women with her, 20 & 21, shot 3 & 2 times. All 3 women stable. @FOX29philly
