Day 17 MM Hills. Not planned. Circumstance. Was supposed to stay at religious centre at Vadikehalla. Under dispute and police protection. No other options. The Home Guards gently dumped me onto a bus and MMHills. Dharshan was ok...

Day 6 was brutal. Distance was 21 kms, not bad; terrain was fab, gentle up/down but underfoot was jalli kallu - feet, toes, ankles and blisters wanted to go to Foot Rights commission😀weather was bad - no cloud, no wind; no tree cover on road
