@JulieBleha I’m sorry you’ve had a poor experience. I would expect that the agent was able to inform you if a card had been sent or not. Please recognize that no one in CS or anyone at our parent company has the authority to issue you a card. That instruction must come from the City.

We sincerely apologize for the issues customers encountered when trying to access our website and collect cards during the first week of the year. Many folks who encountered difficulty were able to successfully collect and access their cards this past week.

@Younice_03 If we have received and can locate the order for your card and there was an issue with the delivery of the email or physical card, those will be pretty fast to resolve. If we do not have record of your order, we will need to reach out to City representatives to investigate.
