It used to work fine. Now you have to create an account to make a booking and even then, it doesn’t actually save your booking. Waited around for hours for nothing because your new booking system sucks.

Was waiting at Gateshead Interchange for the 25 to take me to Birtley (need to be at Arnold Clark for 12:30), and the bus never showed. It was on live tracking with the ETA ticking down, then just disappeared. No warning. No notification.
