A young Libyan man, named Amer, was on his way to perform Hajj in Saudi Arabia.
As soon as he arrived at the airport, a security issue arose regarding his name.
The security personnel told him:
“Wait a minute, we are trying to resolve the issue.”
At this time, all the other pilgrims had completed their procedures and boarded the plane, and the plane’s doors closed.
After a while, the issue was resolved… but the pilot refused to open the door. The plane took off and flew away, leaving Amer behind!
The officer consoled him and said:
“Don’t worry, maybe it wasn’t in your fate.”
But Amer had unwavering faith. He replied:
“I intend to perform Hajj, In shaw Allah, I will go.”
Suddenly… news came that the plane had a mechanical problem and was returning!
The plane returned, was repaired… but the pilot refused to open the door for Amer.
The officer said again:
“Maybe you are not lucky.”
But Amer was determined, steadfast and resolute. He said:
“My intention is to perform Hajj, In Shaw Allah, I will go.”
The plane took off again… After a while, another news came:
The plane had another problem!
This time the pilot himself said:
“I will not fly again until Amer gets on the plane.”
Finally… Amer got on the plane, he made a video from the Saudi airport —
His joy was beyond description!
“Al-Qahّhar” — this is one of the beautiful names of Allah.
It means: He overcomes even the causes.
He can break all the rules for you, just to please you.
