HELP! AirIndia has reached new levels in customer care and quality of service.
Pre-booked seats reallotted without any intimation, and now they want my 3 year old child to sit alone between strangers
@airindia I’ve sent you the details on DM within a minute, FYI.
Pls tell me if this is even worth wasting time on, or is even child safety not a good enough reason for you to pay attention to customers.
I’ve had @SingaporeAir@cathaypacific@IndiGo6E offer different flights on the same day, even a complimentary upgrade for simple issues like 10 min rescheduling.
But @airindia wants me to pay because they can’t retain the seats I have booked in advance.
-refund possible, 25% of total fees
-it is definitely not air India’s fault. (Said to me repeatedly).
- it has happened due to system error.
- cannot change booking class.
-cannot change flight from their end: I have to pay 45k in total.
Begged to the customer care, then supervising officer for a total of 1.5 hours.
