@IRCTCofficial for the journey of total 3 hours from Chiplun railway station to Thane Railway station by 22120 Tejas Express, it is running late by 2 hours, and IRCTC says if your train is running late by 3 hours then only you will get compensation, does this makes any sense?

@boAtSupport1 Is your delivery/ pickup partner provides this information? Because I have talked with agent whom picked up my Boat Airdopes 148 Active Black on 23rd August 2022 at 4:45PM. Even for proof of pickup I took photograph of tracking ID Attaching the same below
@RockWithboAt@amangupta0303 this started on 27th August 2022. I received a wrong product in replacement, I mailed them, called them they said you have to raise another ticket, i did also remarks I told them that i received wrong product in replacement, they sent me same product
