What is happening to SVP
Had issues with APP yesterday and found issue myself after 30 mins struggle.
Today unable to recharge with CC.
Not accepting VISA & Master card. Not accepting Rupay CC.
Can someone reply?

They should have did a thorough testing before rolling the updated APP and creating trouble to customers

@billdesk is asking for CC statement which I will get after a month I sent a screenshot for the transaction
@RBI should look in to these issues. PG providers should not ask meaning less data for translation verification

@cmrlofficial I tried cleaning cache and storage but it didn't helped.
Even uninstalled and installed again. Same issue.
Immediately put the old version.
Test the new version on latest android version before pushing it to play store

How can you push a app update without proper testing.

It is more than a week now. Issue not resolved. No one came on Saturday.
I request you to please change the unit as it is a new one purchased in April 2026 and your team is unable to identify the issue.
After enabling permission to notifications app working without issue.
Allowing or blocking notifications is my personal choice. @cmrlofficial should not force to enable notifications to use the APP.

However this issue is not yet fixed. Unable to identify the root cause. They are doing trial and error testing on a 2 months old Unit.
Replaced circuit board twice, spend 5 house but no use.
They said they will bring a compressor tomorrow.
@myvoltas Still they didn't visited to fix the issue. It is just 2 months old AC. this shows your poor product quality and worst support network.
