@NiaLong Good evening, my name is Ako Abdul-Samad. I am CEO of a Human Development Center called Creative Visions and a State Rep. We work with high at risk youth, young adults and adults. We know we can’t fix anyone but we can provide resources for them to make some healthy choices.

I returned home and Bourbon was relaxing. I ask if he had a rough day and he sat up like he wanted to talk about it. Maybe he was ready to listen. Sometimes we just need someone to listen or talk to. The struggle is real we can and must win.

Some times we may think we are out of season and we feel alone. Then we look up and find that we are not alone and we receive help to carry on. We do not know what circumstances one is in. So do not be judgmental especially when you can lend a hand.

I believe a baby red tail hawk joined my out side birds for feeding this morning. I am not sure that was all good. My heart doctor said he was happy with my eating and exercise regiment. Are you taking care of yourself? wow vacation coming soon!!!!!!!

Grand rising, first snow and out feeding the birds. A relaxing morning, inside feeding my animal family and listening to Patti LaBelle.  I continue to work on self love and learning how to relax. Stress can kill, I want to live. Do you???
