Unless you tell me that the salaries of these "your big men" all combined is greater than the rest of the public sector workers all together.
And if that's the case, no wonder the poor will continue to be poor and the vice versa

For instance, how many directors of GHS and or GES do we have, and how many health workers (say nurses alone) and or teachers do we have across respectively?
