@iserhnigeria @femiagberotimi I learnt that Drugs can as well be called substances which brings changes to the body or mind functions. Also, I also know the way drug abuse or substance abuse is being concentralised.

@iserhnigeria @OlayemiSaheedA @IserhC What I learnt was that a Partner is a similar line sense or ideology. Then it's should be Partner in progress not in crime. This Partner have some qualities which are; discipline, diligence, openness etc.
