Here is the former Ashanti regional minister in 2021 saying Afari was 90 % complete.

So what's you're saying is that the year NPP wasted 4.8 billion to undertake Agenda 111 which hasn't benefited any Ghanaian til date, Afari was 90% complete and your inept party couldn't finish it for your largest voter base to get access to quality Health care services.
