People are still scared of potatoes in 2026… and honestly, that’s wild. 🥔
Healthy starches aren’t why moms struggle to lose fat.
If you’ve spent years cutting carbs, then eventually bingeing on them, our FREE masterclass next Tuesday is for you.

-“I lost 2 lbs.”
-“I lifted 5 more lbs.”
-“I did one more rep than last week.”
-“I walked an extra 1/2 mile”
…Now think of how you undercut yourself when you add the word “only” to these statements.
3) Start the work you are avoiding for just 5 minutes.
Research shows 80% of people who just get started keep going because the issue isn’t the work, but the cyclical habit of procrastination.
2) Count 5-4-3-2-1.
Procrastination is a habit. Habits need to be interrupted in order to change. Using the 5-Second Rule and counting down from 5 gets you out of rumination and activates the prefrontal cortex, which is responsible for complex cognitive behavior.
1) Acknowledge the stress and forgive yourself. Procrastination is a coping mechanism to deal with stress.
Simply identifying and acknowledging what you are stressed about loosens its hold on you.
You can achieve any goal if you:
-Work to become highly self-aware.
-Create an environment and surround yourself with people who support the habits you need to reach those goals.
-Put in the reps consistently over a long period of time.
Make a plan.
Make a plan for workouts.
Make a plan for weekday meals.
Make a plan for weekends, holidays, cookouts & date nights.
Clarity always creates better adherence & better results.
And clarity can’t happen without a plan.
