• Product never delivered
• Order marked “Cancelled – unable to deliver” in Myntra app

I have called Myntra customer care 10–15 times, spending 15–20 minutes per call, repeatedly explaining the same issue and submitting the same proof.

Despite this, Myntra’s “problem resolution team” demonstrates complete operational incompetence — responding with “no extra amount collected”, which is a textbook straw-man fallacy.

My complaint is COD PAID + PRODUCT NOT RECEIVED — not “double debit”.

If this claim is being declined, the ONLY logically valid reason is that the UPI transaction ID I provided is invalid.

Myntra has not disputed the transaction ID, not verified it, not explained where the money went, and yet closes the complaint as “resolved” — clearly prioritising ticket closure metrics over actual problem resolution.

This reflects a deeply inefficient, misleading, and intellectually dishonest support process that misrepresents valid consumer complaints just to close them on time.

This is not customer support.
This is systemic failure and deliberate deflection.

Please verify the UPI payment against this COD order and resolve this transparently.
