Many UP CM Helpline complaints are closed even when key evidence remains unverified. If an inquiry report itself says further examination is needed, how can the complaint be marked as resolved?

Citizens are often told an OTP is needed for further action. Trusting the process, they share it. Later, feedback may appear as "Satisfied" and "No further action required."

This undermines trust in grievance redressal.
