Under DMA 2005, Chapter XI Sec. 62 describes Central Govt. led by PM @narendramodi to issue written directives for action & hold 'em compliant. Under Sec. 63 NATIONAL EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE (Secretary to GOI) can demand accordingly.

I have phoned the PM residence this morning to try one last time for postponing NEET/JEE exams beyond Deepavali. The office secretary said that he will call back. If that happens I will inform the students.

[Subramanian Swamy @Swamy39]

If the the CMs do not invoke DMA for the students in the NEET/JEE exam matter then they are not for students but for embarrassing PM Modi. They then want chaos not solutions

It must be taken into account that the longer the decision-making process takes the more mental anxiety and stress is imposed upon students due to the current situation.

@Swamy39 The Director of IIT and AIIMS have given this solution earlier but now they have changed their statements, don't know why. But Sir you can understand the conditions and our last hope and hopefully we could get to a better decision by PM Sir @narendramodi.
