3 complaints i had registered of no power in area and they are closed by YOUR END without any action.
BSES clearly it can be seen that you are incompetent but have at least some sense of responsibility to resolve this issue.

Almost everyday electricity is being cut, despite complaints power doesn't come back before 3-4 hours. Right now also, I am facing the same issue.

Everyday, as soon as the rain starts, the electricity is cut, this is highly unprofessional behaviour and cannot be accepted. Please use better infrastructure if breakdowns are so frequent with old infrastructure.
