@RailwaySeva Please try to login in first 5 mins of booking. That is 10 to 10:05 and 11 to 11:05 you wont be able to login and that is for sure. This is not my first time but have posted this for first time.

@IRCTCofficial @RailMinIndia Why do we common people are not able to book through tatkal. Whenever we try to login on the tatkal timings the IRCTC app or website will not open for 4 min and in that 4min all the tatkal seats are gone.
I mean how one is supposed to book the ticket?
