A Dalit Sub Inspector Bhaiyyalal Saroj tried to rape a Brahmin woman in Lucknow and threatened her to book under the SC-ST ACT. He also passed casteist slurs against the Brahmin community. In the FIR, the woman said that he tore her clothes at 10 pm. “Sidhe Sidhe nahi Mani to tum jo Panditain ban ke ghum rahi ho to tumhare khilaf SC ST act lagaunga aur jail bhejunga.”

1. Swift Justice- MAXIMUM punishment for homicide, by full extent of law.
2. Compensation & support- MAXIMUM MONETARY remuneration for the life lost, as is done in recognition of the sacrifice of a MARTYR. Also, govt job for dependants in family.
3. Central Healthcare protection act.

If any criminal patient undergoes treatment it is the responsibility of the police to ensure the patient is well restrained or in some cases provided sedation by a medical expert before receiving any treatment. How can something like this be allowed to happen??? 😡😡
