@ThomsonTvIndia when my tv will be replaced beacuse ur team gives me one week time and now its 3 week time out,u don't pickup calls.never reply to msg,u just provide a replacement id 2 week ago and my complaint get 1 month complete but still no solution.

Why thomson give fake promise to customer, day before yest i got from the no. Told me that u can call me any time i will help u personally and now see the high-speed service not pick up call even they give me replace id is given in ss.

Due to this kind of fake promises and fake and poor service i have just file complaint about this matter.
R u handing company or ur handling cow farm i dont no. Because after 3 week cow also now how to respond but ur company and care are....
