spent 2 weeks building features nobody could find.

spent 40 minutes rewriting my title, subtitle and keywords.

the 40 minutes moved installs more than the six weeks did.

I don't love this lesson but I'm not going to pretend I didn't learn it.

update on the ASO change: 50 installs last 2 months.

one of them bought the annual plan. $39, apple takes 15%, I keep [$33.15].

it is the smallest amount of money I have ever been this happy about.

how i stopped getting stuck in App Store review:

• demo account credentials in the review notes, every single time
• a 20-second screen recording attached
• one plain sentence up top: what it does, who it's for
• zero "coming soon" screens anywhere in the build

Kwabey took ₹999 for Order #1290185. No delivery, no updates, no response from support. Either provide a valid update or refund the money immediately. This feels like a scam, do look into their company.

2 weeks of daily TikTok slideshows done ✅
Results so far:
• 2 videos → 6K+ views
• 1 video → 1K+
• Rest sitting around 400 views each
Total users from all this? Just 3-4
Got a TON of profile visits though… but couldn’t add my link in bio (still waiting for that). That’s probably killing the conversions.

Lesson learned: content is reaching people, but the funnel needs fixing.
