Watched #ToxicTheMovie in the US. And honestly… WHAT was all that hate about? 🔥
This is NOT your usual commercial film.
Bold. Fresh. Dark. It explores unexpressed guilt, buried pain and how they slowly start playing with your mind.
Worth Watching!

After 2nd watch, can confidently say that this film will be remembered for ages! What a concept, what a performance, what a production design!!
If there is one movie that I could recommend to global audience, it would be TOXIC….!
#Toxicthemovie
I believe tht the future of film making is in the hands of young ppl who hv the courage to create without permission #ToxicTheMovie is an example of daring to create a unique narration which alerts the neurons, kudos to @TheNameIsYash, @GeetuMohandas@KvnProductions ❤️ luvd it😍
Watched Toxic today with packed audience. It really deserves a huge applause for the Daring attempt. Its not just an entertainment film its a psychological journey of strong characters, I agree the writing and edit could hav been crispier, but its a feast to watch our own Yash. He has really taken over RAYA in to his blood veins. The last 20 mins is truly wonderful, it is really not easy to carry such performance through out the film, Especially the
character "Ticket" O man.. I am still struck with that... I had tears in my eyes at the end for RAYA.
#Toxic @KvnProductions@TheNameIsYash

Was so worth it! This time there were more people in the theater and heard many say “why is this moving getting bad reviews?” During interval.
An American loved it, he said he’s going to upload his review tomorrow.
WOM is turning out to be positive for #Toxic
#toxic is unapologetically raw, deep, massive and mind blowing layered psychological story. It’s beyond reviews !!! It’s truly a fairy tale for the grown ups 🫡
Will watch 2nd, 3rd and 10th times also 🥹
Weight of man’s guilt from his choices weighs more than anything in life!
#ToxicTheMovie: #Yash as the ageing, mentally troubled Raaya is one of the most committed performances of 2026. It could spring a surprise comeback for #Toxic or keep it on the ropes. As the character progresses, it gets well-rounded. A THREAD on why it's the soul of the movie
Years later.. as Raya heads towards the hospital because he is going to be a father, he gets surrounded by a group of goons. He takes down most of them, but one escapes.. a teenager.
During the entire fight, Raya’s body gets covered in blood. And in that exact state..drenched in blood, he holds his newborn son Adam in his arms for the very first time in his life.
What follows is one of the most brilliantly layered scenes in the film.. and one that many completely missed.
Raya looks at newborn Adam (Actually the second son), but suddenly starts seeing his first son in front of him. And there’s a reason for that.
The teenager who escaped is roughly the same age his first son would have been after all these years.
This entire sequence marks the beginning of GUILT taking over Raya’s mind.. a guilt that had been buried deep inside him all these years.
The blood covering Raya becomes a metaphor for the blood of his first son.. the guilt of having killed his own child. And with that guilt literally covering his body, he picks up his newborn son.
And ironically.. when Raya was born, he was splattered with his own father’s blood. That scene beautifully trace Raya’s journey from a child born into violence to a father haunted by the violence he himself has committed.
That’s when the hallucination of his first son begins.
It’s not just a hallucination. It’s guilt, trauma, memory and fatherhood colliding in a single frame.
This is not just a “confusing” scene.
It’s a deeply psychological visual representation of guilt consuming a man from within.
Peak detailing by Geetu Mohandas. 🎬🔥 #Toxic
#Toxic is a frkin Chick Flik! 🤌🏽
You idiots didn't like it because it didn't play to the male gaze!
All that blood shed, alcohol, money, sex and yet powerless!
The movie was literally the opposite of #KGF
As a Kamal fan who also loves mass charisma like MJ and VJ
Loved it!
