Now, an eviction notice dated 18.06.2026 has been issued against my family fixing demolition on 25.06.2026 by order of the Tahasildar, Baranga, based on the complaint of the villagers in an encroachment case.

ଆମେ ୪ ବର୍ଷ ହେବ ଅଭିଯୋଗ କରିଆସୁଚୁ ଜାଗା ସମସ୍ୟାର ସମାଧାନ ପାଇଁ କିନ୍ତୁ ଆମର ବିଚାର କରାଯାଉନି। କିନ୍ତୁ ଗ୍ରାମ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ଅଭିଯୋଗକୁ ତୁରନ୍ତ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକାରୀ କରାଯାଉଛି। ଆମେ ଆପଣ ସମସଙ୍କୁ ଅନୁରୋଧ କରୁଛି ଦୟାକରି ଏ ବିଷୟରେ ଧ୍ୟାନ ଦେବାପାଇଁ, ଯେପରି ଆଗାମୀ ଦିନର ଆମପରି କେହି ହରିଜନ ଆପଣଙ୍କ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ମଣ୍ଡଳୀରେ ହଇରାଣରେ ନପଡ଼ନ୍ତି।

୨୫/୦୬/୨୦୨୬ରେ ଉଚ୍ଛେଦ ପାଇଁ ନୋଟିସ କରିଛନ୍ତି ।ଉଚ୍ଛେଦ ହେଉଥିବା ଜାଗାଟି ଆମ ଘର ପଛପାଖରେ, ଓ ଅନ୍ୟଜଣେ ଅଧିକାରରେ ରଖିଥିବା ପୈତୃକ ଜାଗାଟି ଆମ ଘର ଆଗପଟର। ଯଦି ଆମ ଆଗପଟ ଜାଗା ଦେଇ ପଛପଟ ଜାଗା ଉଚ୍ଛେଦ କରିଥାନ୍ତେ ତାହେଲେ ଖୁସି ଲାଗିଥାନ୍ତା। କିନ୍ତୁ ଆଗ ପଟ ସମାଧାନ ନକରି ପଛ ପାଇଁ ଉଚ୍ଛେଦ ନୋଟିସ କରିବା ଏଭଳି ନିଷ୍ପତି କଷ୍ଟଦାୟକ।

ନେବାପାଇଁ ଚିଠି କରିସାରିଛନ୍ତି କିନ୍ତୁ ତାହାର ସମାଧାନ ଆଜି ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ହୋଇନାହିଁ। ସରକାରୀ ମାପ ୪ ଥର ହୋଇ ସାରିଥିଲେ ମଧ୍ୟ ମୋର ଜାଗାକୁ ତାଙ୍କ କବଳରୁ କେହି ଦେଇ ପାରୁ ନାହାନ୍ତି। କିନ୍ତୁ ନିକଟ ତା ୧୮/୦୬/୨୦୨୬ ରିଖ ରେ ତହସିଲଦାରଙ୍କ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟ ତରଫରୁ ମୁଁ ଚଳପ୍ରଚଳ ପାଇଁ ରଖିଥିବା ସରକାରୀ ଜାଗା କୁ ଗ୍ରାମ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ଅଭିଯୋଗ କ୍ରମେ

ମୋର ଗ୍ରାମ ବଡମୁଣ୍ଡଳି। ଆମେ ଅନୁସୂଚିତ ଜାତିର ଲୋକ। ଆମ ଜାଗାକୁ ୪ ବର୍ଷରୁ ଉର୍ଦ୍ଧ ହେବ ଜଣେ ମାଡିକି ରଖିଛି। ସେ ବିଷୟରେ ମୁଁ ଆଜିଯାକେ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ଅଭିଯୋଗ କରିଆସୁଛି ଯେ ମୋ ଜାଗା ତାଙ୍କ କବଳରୁ ମୁକୁଳେଇବା ପାଇଁ। ଏଇ ୪ ବର୍ଷ ଭିତରେ ମାନ୍ୟବର କମିଶନ, NCSCମଧ୍ୟ ବହୁବାର କଟକ ଜିଲ୍ଲାପାଳ ଓ ଆରକ୍ଷୀ ଅଧୀକ୍ଷକଙ୍କୁ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାନୁଷ୍ଠାନ
