We boarded the train Patna - LTC 13201 from Jabalpur, and the M1 Second AC compartments door was broken completely making it a pathetic 3rd Class Sleeper compartment. Our luck took a U-Turn will booking so we ended up getting the seats next to washroom

We raised it to TC, he smartly slid the issue by FAKING a call to some control room telling us that it will be fixed at Itarci Jn, we passed it 15 mins ago and the TC is nowhere to be seen, when asked the maintenance staff the reply we got was UNBELIEVABLE
